ST.LOUIS HIGH SCHOOL'S GREEN CREDENTIALS

 2017-2018

We will continue to build on our commitment to Green schools and aim for the 6th Green Flag. Any parents willing to help out in this regard would be very welcome to lend their expertise.

2016-2017

The aim for the year was to achieve our 5th Green Flag. This was achieved in May 2017. Congratulations to all involved, both students and staff. The theme was biodiversity.

2014-2015

The aim for the year is to achieve our 4th Green Flag. We will be focussing on the area of TRAVEL. We would like to encourage all students to walk, cycle or take public transport to school as far as possible. We also would like to encourage parents to park a short distance away from the school entrance eg. on Leinster Road, Grosvenor Rd etc.to encourage more students to walk part of the distance to school.

March 2013

St.Louis High School was awardedits 3rd green flag. Water Conservation was the theme on this occasion.

May 2011

St.Louis High School was awarded its second green flag in May 2011. Congratulations to all the eco-reps who worked so hard for the second green flag.

The second green flag wasawarded in the area of energy. The first flag was awarded in May 2009 in the area of recycling. Recycling Stations have been established around the school where students can recycle paper, cans, plastics and general waste.
